our catalog, you can add an item to your reorder list, even if you're
not now purchasing it.
New Customer – no problem!
New Customers Do NOT have to Sign In to place an order!
To Begin - Simply begin placing items in your cart.
We will ask for your customer information at checkout.
After your first order is placed, your User ID and Password are created automatically. Initially, your User ID and Password are your office telephone number - no spaces, no dashes. (example: phone: 555-123-4567 User ID: 5551234567)
Returning Customer - How Do I Sign In?
At the left side of the page, below "Product Search" is a section "Returning Customer". Enter your User ID and Password, then press "Sign In".
If you are a returning customer, your User ID is your 10 digit office telephone number from your first order, numeric characters only (example: phone: 555-123-4567 User ID: 5551234567). Your Password is usually the same as the User ID. However, it may be
your account number or you may have changed it to
something else.
Changing Password
After you've Signed In, the " Account Details" button appears below "Returning Customer" (at the left side of the page). The"
Account Details" page allows you to change your Password. Passwords must be at least 6
characters.
